Who this notice covers

This notice applies to the Just Imagine Software website and its forms. It explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It does not cover software or systems we build for clients under a separate agreement, which are governed by that agreement.

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, work email, project type, timeline, current setup, integrations, data sensitivity, your message, and any file you attach. If you request the AI governance checklist, we collect your name, company, and email so we can send it to you.

We use these details to review your inquiry, respond to you, deliver what you asked for, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site. They process information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers it securely. It processes request data such as your IP address as part of hosting and protection.
• Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from automated abuse. When you submit a form, it processes limited technical signals from your browser and your IP address to tell real submissions apart from bots. It is not an advertising tracker.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our team by email. The contents of your submission, including any attachment, pass through Resend for delivery.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces. When your browser loads a font, Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived technical token needed to verify a form submission. If we enable website analytics, we use a privacy-conscious, cookieless approach that measures overall traffic and actions such as button clicks, without profiling individual visitors.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry emails, checklist requests, and any attachments for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence and business dealings, after which we delete or archive them in line with our normal practices. Our providers retain data according to their own retention policies.

International transfers

Some of our providers, including Cloudflare, Resend, and Google, process data on servers in the United States and other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect information transferred internationally.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

How we protect your information

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you, use reputable providers that encrypt data in transit, and do not retain more than we need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our practices or the tools we use change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
